John not only succeeded where others failed but did so in the middle of the pandemic. I was a long distance seller and unable to return to take care of the myriad details of home presentation. My previous agents simply booked the listing and let the buyers agents present the home. John not only met with prospective buyers but made sure the home had its best foot forward. Great experience! We came across John kind of by accident. We had a realtor lined up, but wasn’t available when we needed him, so I found a house I wanted to see on Zillow and clicked a random name on the list of realtors listed on the page. When we met him at the first home he was interested in knowing each one of our bandstand what we were really looking for. ( & our family isn’t small ) He even asked our children. He was patient and went above and beyond. This was not an easy going experience as it was our first time in actually buying our own home. But he definitely made us feel more relaxed by assuring us that we will look and look until we find “the one”. He is our realtor for life and I would recommend him to anyone who asked.

We have nothing but gratitude to our realtor John. From the beginning John was extremely prompt in all communication. As we were out of town buyers, timing was everything. John returned our call on Easter Sunday to see multiple properties and was able to set up the showings right away for us. He was able to answer all of our questions and if he wasn't absolutely sure about something he found out for us in a timely manner as ours was an unusual transaction. He was always quick to return our calls and emails and handle any concerns we had through our entire house buying experience. Not only was he on top of things from day one but he was extremely friendly, professional, easy to work with, and went above and beyond in getting us all the information we needed for our property. John was EXCELLENT, far beyond any other realtor I've dealt with. He tried to locate a seller who owned a lot that I desired very much. The listing had ended but he still reached out to the owner to try and help buy this lot. The seller was firm on not relisting the lot, so no sale was possible. John tried where other realtors wouldn't have because the listing had ended. Shows that he is willing to help!
