He offered his professional opinion and did not push if we asked for something more or different. We listed this property with him in October and we had an offer to buy in January with a complete sale in February. We had a true professional in our corner!

He tried to locate a seller who owned a lot that I desired very much. The listing had ended but he still reached out to the owner to try and help buy this lot. The seller was firm on not relisting the lot, so no sale was possible. John tried where other realtors wouldn't have because the listing had ended. Shows that he is willing to help!

We came across John kind of by accident. We had a realtor lined up, but wasn’t available when we needed him, so I found a house I wanted to see on Zillow and clicked a random name on the list of realtors listed on the page. From the beginning John was extremely prompt in all communication. As we were out of town buyers, timing was everything. John returned our call on Easter Sunday to see multiple properties and was able to set up the showings right away for us. He was able to answer all of our questions and if he wasn't absolutely sure about something he found out for us in a timely manner as ours was an unusual transaction. He was always quick to return our calls and emails and handle any concerns we had through our entire house buying experience.
